Hello all! Hope you had a great jump start to your fitness goals in January! Whether you hit it strong, or took a few weeks to rev up the engines on your fitness routines, February is a great time to buckle down and set a routine that will keep you focused on your goals! I have created this program for Hattie and am sharing it with you all for FREE in celebration of her birthday month! This program is a four day workout plan, and days can be moved around as needed.
