What is it?
5K Runner is a 8 week training program for beginner runners.
How does it work?
It uses walking and running intervals to slowly work you up over the 8 weeks to completing a 5k with no walking.
Why I love it?
It gives encouragement during each workout like "keep going, you're doing great!" which always keeps me going when I want to give up and stop. I love it because I can do it whenever best fits my schedule, only requires me to complete the workout 3x a week and helps build my stamina each week.
Why you need it?
I need this app to get me motivation and encouragement to start running which I have always wanted to do in order to stay healthy physically and mentally! This app would be perfect for anyone wanting to build towards a goal of completing a 5k and adding more cardio to their weekly routine.
